Refund and Cancellation Policy

Billing

Fees are paid in advance for each billing period. Billing periods are monthly.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we will not charge you again after you cancel.

Refunds

We do not give refunds once a billing period has started, unless the law requires otherwise.

Charged in error

If you were charged twice, or charged an incorrect amount, email hello@nuwytech.com within 7 days. Errors we confirm are refunded to the original payment method.

Free trial

The free trial needs no payment.
